Sookio Founder becomes Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing

Founder Sue Keogh has become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, in recognition of a career in marketing and communications in which she has run a highly successful agency and created hundreds of opportunities for younger people just starting out in the industry.

“In recent years I’ve been too busy actually ‘doing’ marketing to take time out and build up a bank of qualifications and a cabinet full of certificates,” says Sue. “I’m proud to receive recognition like this, which represents the impact we’ve made at Sookio, not just to the big name clients we’ve worked with but small businesses and the thousands of people we have supported through training and careers initiatives.”

In 2024 Sue pivoted the business to move it from agency to consultancy.
