Communications workshops
Set the foundations for an effective marketing strategy

Our workshops will help you define your positioning, amplify your message, and build visibility
They are very collaborative and interactive, full of activities to spark ideas and clear frameworks to give a clear structure to your marketing activity. The beauty of this approach is that you come away from the session having set the foundations for your communications - all in a clear grid format that is easy to understand, visualise and apply to any given situation.
It’s a cost-effective way of developing your marketing strategy, and because we all work on the framework together the whole team develops a shared understanding of the core messages and how to get them out there clearly and consistently.
So whatever changes are on the horizon in the way we do marketing, you’ll know what to say, how to say it, and when. Strengthening your positioning, giving clarity to your message, and appealing to the investors, customers and clients you need to reach.

These workshops are very tailored around your organisation’s goals. You may be a startup looking to define your positioning, or an established business looking to freshen it all up so that the messaging is consistent across every marketing channel.

Define your communication style and strengths, and map this against your audience
Use the worksheet to build a simple messaging framework that will act as a foundation for all your messaging and marketing activity
Build a marketing plan, based on the time and resources you have available
Who would benefit from a communications workshop?
For startups, founders and C-Suite leadership teams, having a crystal clear framework behind what you say and how you say it will be critical in raising awareness, amplifying your message and winning investment.
And if you’re an established charity, B2B or public sector organisation you might find your marketing is drifting along through momentum – but you’ve lost sight of your core messages and why they should resonate with the people you’re trying to reach.
We also find in an age of hybrid working, our in-person courses are really popular - a great opportunity for team building in a location of your choice!
Solo professionals will enjoy the lunchtime learning sessions. A cost-effective way of taking a practical approach to your marketing strategy and building visibility.
For business incubator or entrepreneurship programmes in need of communications skills training for founders, we can build a session to complement your cohort’s learning
